Damola is the Lead Partner of the Firm.
He holds a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law from the University of South Wales, Cardiff and a Bachelor of Laws from Ekiti State University.
He began his career in the Land and Labour Law Section of law firms practicing at the Ogun, Oyo and Lagos State Jurisdiction respectively. He has also worked with some of the biggest real estate companies in Nigeria where he was privileged to work on various structured real estate, property and project finance transactions. He has equally worked alongside several start-ups on diverse tech products within and outside Nigeria.
Damola has diverse experience in corporate commercial law practice in the information technology and real estate industry. He advises a broad range of clients including international tech firms, real estate companies and investors looking to do business in Nigeria.
