Esenome Okodugha is a partner with the firm with her expertise spanning across advisory in real estate transactions particularly on high end property/facility management, development lease project department, dredging and joint venture transactions. Several dredging and joint venture transactions in the fast developing areas of Lagos State has Esenome’s midas touch involved and she has successfully helped her clients save or make revenues in several hundreds of millions of naira.

Tamunotonye Ekundayo is a Partner with the firm, overseeing the corporate transactions of the firm in Abuja. Tonye as she is fondly called is a Notary Public who possesses over a decade of experience in core legal practice as well as advising clients on various aspects of Civil, Cooperate and Commercial Law practice in Nigeria. She is highly creative, possessing good communication, analytical and advocacy skills in her areas of expertise.

Chikanso is a partner with the Firm. She heads the Dispute Resolution Team of the firm. Chikanso holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) and a Master of Laws degree (LLM) from the University of Lagos. She is admitted to practice law in Nigeria as a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court. She is a member of Nigerian Bar Association and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).

Funto heads the Company Secretarial and Regulatory Compliance section of the firm. She holds a masters degree from the University of Lagos. She is a seasoned corporate commercial lawyer with solid expertise in corporate commercial law practice, copyright law, and tax advisory. Funto is the Firm’s brainbox in Company Secretarial and Regulatory Compliance related matters.

Bayode is a Corporate Consultant, Real Estate with the Firm. Bayode is the owner of B.O.T properties and a member of the leadership board at Alvin Grey and Associates, a brokerage firm powered by Landwey Investment Limited. Bayode is the go-to guy in the closure of complex real estate transactions.

Ayodeji is an associate in the firm. His practice area covers corporate commercial transactions particularly in the Real Estate sector.
