Funto heads the Company Secretarial and Regulatory Compliance section of the firm. She holds a masters degree from the University of Lagos. She is a seasoned corporate commercial lawyer with solid expertise in corporate commercial law practice, copyright law, and tax advisory.

She was part of the team who advised on a collective ownership multi-billion-naira Banana Island transaction developed by a real estate and construction firm based in Victoria Island, Lagos amongst other proven result based transactions which she spear headed.

Funto is the Firm’s brainbox in Company Secretarial and Regulatory Compliance related matters. She also possesses an indelible record in liaising with Government agencies and negotiating with regulatory authorities on behalf of the firm’s clients.
