Chikanso is a partner with the Firm. She heads the Dispute Resolution Team of the firm. 

Chikanso holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) and a Master of Laws degree (LLM) from the University of Lagos. She is admitted to practice law in Nigeria as a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court. She is a member of Nigerian Bar Association and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). 

Chikanso began her career as a research and editor associate and thereafter, worked as a core member of the dispute resolution groups of leading law firms in Lagos. 

Chikanso has represented diverse categories of clients in complex commercial disputes across the hierarchy of the Nigerian court system. She has also represented clients in other alternative dispute arrangements.
